• Do the condo's have Wi-Fi or a phone?

The answer is yes, each and every unit has thier own dedicated router for all your world wide web needs! Each unit is also equiped with thier own phone for your lesire. all domestic calls are free, calling cards are required for international calls.

 

 

• Where do I park and how do I find my parking spot?

Not all of the condos have reserved parking spots. due to the fact that the parking spots were purchased seperately from the condo, the parking spot might not be on the exact floor that the condo is. There is however unreserved parking throughout the parking structure to meet the needs. To Find out which condos have reserved parking, Please give me a call, Id be happy to help! • What are amenity fees and why do I have to pay them? 

Amenity fees are fees from the resort to keep things running smoothly. You are not forced to pay these fees if you wish not to use the amenities, though they are recommended. I do not own the resort which is why this fee is asked from the front desk in order for you to use the amenities like the outdoor pool and hot tub, beach access, indoor pool and hot tub, excersize room, etc. Most resorts add this fee right into the rental expese which makes such a fee invisible to the customer. Because I do not own the resort I am unable to add these fees into your rental expense which is why this becomes a visible expense.

• Is there beach access?

If one wishes to pay the amenaty fees, they can then use the beach access right from the pool deck. Though if one wishes not to pay the amenaties, there is public beach access points located along the beach.

• Is the bathroom fully equipped?

• Is there cable or sattelite?

Yes there is cable access throughout the building, the service is provided by Comcast. There is a channel list in each unit, and a channel guide can be found by googling "Panama City Beach Comcast tv guide". 

 

 

• Is there televisions in each room?

Yes there is flatscreen televisions in each and every room of each and every unit. Even the Bunk Rooms have their own televisions. (almost all the televisions have DVD players)

 

 

• How many guests can stay in a 1 bedroom/bunk room vs. a studio unit?

You are only allowed 6 wrist bands which is 

 

 

• How do we check in and is it 24 hour service?

• Is there televisions in each room?

• Are pets allowed?

You are more than welcome to bring any small animal as long as it is kept on a leash at the Shores Of Panama.

• Is there carpeting or tile flooring?

There is only one Unit that I manage that has carpeting througout most of the unit, and that is unit 1808. All other Units have tile flooring throughout.
