• Who is the check payable to?

As the agreement states, all checks are payable to the property manager, Nicholle Ricco.

 

 

• Can I pay with a credit/debit card?

You do have the option to pay via credit/debit. The service we use (OpenEdge Payment) is a very secure and well respected online payment service. With this service you are required to pay an additional 2.5% convenience/processing fee. • What other forms of payment can I use? 

Aside from Credit or Debit, you have the option to pay with any of the following forms: Personal Checks, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks.

 

 

• How does the payment transaction work?

When checks or money orders are sent to Nicholle at Beachfront Rentals, a confirmation email will be sent. This email will serve as a receipt.  With Credit Card payments, the receipt from the processing company will be forwarded by emailed as well.

 

• Can I send cash?

Though it may seem easy, please refrain from sending cash through the mail. This can cause problems as the cash can be stolen or go missing during the mailing process.

 

 

• When is the payment due?

As stated in the agreement, a down payment of $250 is due along with the signed agreement. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. Please ask if payment alterations are needed. (262)-679-5053

 

 

• Is there beach access?

There is beach access from the outdoor pool area. You must pay a daily amenities fee of $26-$35 to use the resort's amenities which includes the indoor and outdoor pool, the beach access right from the pool deck and the fitness center. If you are not interested in paying this amenaties fee, there is public beach access points located along the beach - within a block away.
